There will be TONS of training!!! This includes accessory work, mobility work, lots of CrossFit and Olympic weightlifting!

You don’t have to be an elite level athlete, but you should have a good base of fitness and an unbending will to work hard!!

Don’t be intimidated!! This is a challenging camp, but it is COMPLETELY inclusive. Our goal is to have fun and work our booties off (on) (we love big booties).

Our days will consist mostly of training, eating, bonding, mindset training, recovering and much much more.

ULTIMATE Bad Bitch Camp (advanced): March 22-24, May 31-Jun 2 (Sold Out), Aug 30-Sept 1
