ULTIMATE Bad Bitch Camp - May 31-June 2, 2024

The camp costs $1000/person. To secure your spot, I’m asking for a non- refundable payment of $500. The rest of the payment will be made one month before the camp. If you sign up with a friend, there will be a 10% discount for both of you!

This camp is something that has been in the works for a while and I’m finally pulling the plug and challenging the next set of willing women who are looking to grow as humans.

For this camp you can expect TONS of training!!! This includes every form of fitness that I have participated in and grown from throughout my lifetime of training. We will be CrossFitting, Olympic weightlifting, running, bodybuilding, powerlifting.. pretty much all the “-ings”.

In my past camps, I have been very inclusive when it comes to the participants’ level of fitness. I LOVE working with people of all ages, shapes, sizes, fitness levels, etc. However, for this specific camp, I’m asking that you have a fairly developed level of fitness where you feel confident in whatever I may throw at you. This doesn’t mean you need to be snatching 200#’s, or have a sub 3 Fran time or be able to run 100 miles. It just means that you feel you’ve earned the right to be at an intense training camp because you’ve put in the time and dedication to your own training.

Our days will consist mostly of training, eating, bonding, mindset training, recovering and much much more.

Cost does not include lodging or food, however, I will provide three meals and a shit ton of snacks/drinks. I will provide meals Friday and Saturday night, and breakfast on Sunday morning.

The camp will take place in Bonsall, Ca (45 min outside of San Diego. You will fly into San Diego airport) from 1 PM on Friday until 11 am on Sunday.

For lodging, girls have had AMAZING success with local air bnbs. I do not recommend any local hotels. As cute and amazing as our small town is, the hotels and motels do not follow suit! (No seriously.. please do not book a hotel in Fallbrook or Bonsall) Air bnbs in the towns of Fallbrook and Bonsall are SO CUTE and amazing! If you’re struggling to find accommodations, I can offer some support and suggestions.

I am only accepting 10-15 people per camp, so it will be first come, first serve.
